-As time progress orders will begin to fill up even faster,

And you will have to  fulfill them before your time runs out.

-shop system helps you get the ores that you need for a few gold coins

There is no win condition so try and beat your high score.

-Buying from the store not only gives you what you need but also refresh the ores bar and maybe give you more good ores if you're lucky.
